Accounting

We were called upon to assist with a large software conversion project that had fallen behind schedule. In collaboration with the company's Organizational Change Management team and other design contractors, we recorded and developed 100 software simulations to educate managers and other accounting personnel on the functionality of IBM Cognos and Peoplesoft applications. We completed the project in just over a month's time and well before the anticipated deadline date. Additional projects have been awarded since, including the creation of several job aids for the named software as well as training documentation for another company initiative.
