In collaboration with State employees, debt management experts and appointed government contractor, we developed 70+ interactive, self-paced online courses for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office regarding the conversion of a proprietary collections information management system to a contemporary debt management software application created by FICO, the industry leader in consumer credit risk measurement.
