In collaboration with subject matter experts, we designed and developed a price risk management online course to train 50+ commercial aviation sales representatives how to speak conversationally on hedging fuel prices, qualifying prospects, tailoring effective solutions and closing the customer. In order to prepare new employees for the training, we developed a prerequisite online course regarding the basics of the aviation industry including certifications, categories of operations and services offered by the company.
