Business Travel

In collaboration with appointed subject matter experts throughout the United States, we created a ten-week development program for 300+ business travel agents in a call center environment using a blended learning approach of leader-led training, web-based tutorials and scripted role playing. This program included interactive training on industry standard business travel systems such as Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan.
