Call Center

We led a virtual team of four instructional designers/developers and eight subject matter experts in recording 196 software simulations using an industry standard eLearning application. We then converted the software simulations into interactive eLearning courses for 300 help desk and call center agents. In collaboration with the IT department and LMS developers, we implemented and continue to support a customized learning management system to enable seamless management and delivery of the courses as well as track progress of the users.
