We created an online resource library for independent contractors based on a needs analysis from the company's Contracts Administration Group. Content included company information, invoicing and payments, manuals and standards, processes and workplace safety. To further reinforce knowledge and to build the relationship between employees and contractors, we implemented a development program educating 60+ contract compliance representatives on their job responsibilities while reinforcing the overall objective of working together towards a common goal.
