We were hired to develop and implement an accredation program, otherwise known as a Corporate University for 75+ information systems professionals within the financial services industry. The request derived from a need to provide the proper training and tools necessary for transforming highly-technical individuals into a well-rounded customer-focused employees. This program allowed employees to continue building and maintaining their technical knowledge and skills, while also learning and adapting soft skills to better serve customer needs. The program also included employee cross-training and shadowing, knowledge transfer evaluation and industry certification requirements.
