In collaboration with a government contractor and assigned military personnel, we developed software simulations regarding performance evaluations and fitness reports for highly-ranked Surface Warfare Officers of the United States Navy, Department of Defense. These officers are trained extensively to maintain and operate their assigned ships, crews and systems, therefore, the level of detail and accuracy of the software simulations played a crucial part in ensuring officers achieved exceptional evalations of core duties and responsibilities.
