We developed software simulations for 800+ information technology professionals of a grocery chain industry leader to demonstrate the process steps for effectively tracking and controlling version changes made to software. We also designed basic and advanced instructor-led courses regarding application development, which specifically focused on Visual Studio and included topics such as workstation setup, source code management, branching and merging, MS Build, code analysis and profiling tools. To ensure new employees were prepared to work in such an advanced information technology department, we created interactive classroom courses providing an overview of PowerShell, WebSphere MQ and Data Modeling.
