In addition to the 26 technical manuals and in collaboration with the maintenance operations team, we designed and developed classroom courses pertaining to soft skills development such as customer service, effective communication and leadership. We also addressed general business operations training by designing classroom courses for work planning and scheduling, breakdown analysis, quality and safety, environmental services and the overall vehicle rental process. Our most current project involved development of an eLearning course regarding cryogenics safety awareness to 900+ maintenance managers, service managers, shop supervisors, technicians and general warehouse employees.
